David Kitchen, Founder & President

Coach Kitch has worked with 100+ NCAA teams and businesses coaching and developing culture. In addition to delivering keynote addresses and hosting workshops he has authored multiple books, and regularly appears on podcasts to discuss leadership.

Coach Kitch is a Susquehanna University graduate with experience coaching and leading in both athletics and business. He has spent the last 10 years coaching teams and developing culture in his role as a strength and conditioning coach. His stops include institutions at the Division I, II, and III level. He holds a master’s degree with a focus in Sport Psychology and is currently completing his PhD in Developmental Psychology.

Known among the team for his passion, Kitch spends his life helping others answer the question most people shy away from; “What if you went all in?”

Neil Smith, Director of Operations

Neil is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with 15 years of experience in supply chain and sales. Neil’s career experience has given him the opportunities to see high performing cultures at one of the largest consumer packaged goods companies in the world while representing some of the most iconic and recognizable brands, as well as a Fortune 500 company. Neil brings a passion for building relationships and creating efficiencies to the Edge team.

Neil is our team reminder to do more of what you love. For him this means Saturdays are for college football, family and friends.

Josh East, Director of Corporate Training

Josh brings a plethora of business experience to the Edge family, having built a successful career in sales for the last 12+ years. He is currently the National Sales Manager for a global telecom manufacturer, and has been called upon to consult on various industry related topics. Many of these topics include the unique culture found in the US.

Josh has experience developing and training sales teams in a variety of environments, from door-to-door sales to managing a $15M+ book of business. He has experience designing and implementing partner programs, managing manufacturer representative relationships, and hosting/attending networking events.

As a father, Josh also brings passion for helping others find ways to integrate their family into the lifestyle of a high performing entrepreneur.
